Having the staff and time to dedicate to those projects that, as a business, you know you should investigate is a problem for many small businesses.

PBI is able to help you overcome these hurdles by delivering the 'Go Wales ' programme to Pembrokeshire businesses.

We can place a graduate or student with your business so that you can make the most of a particular skill-set, at a subsidised rate of up to £90 per week, to work on a project defined by you. What's more, there could be funding for graduate training and development in your business.

Graduates and businesses could receive the following benefits:

* Businesses get skills previously too expensive to tap into
* Projects that could not have the resources spent on them are now viable
* Placements have 10 weeks work experience opportunities
* Receive cash support for graduate training and development
* Graduates and the business receive support from PBI's in-house supervisor
