Did you know that lots of businesses fail, simply because the owners don’t keep control of (or properly understand) their cash flow?!

In our team, for all things financial management, Richard is brilliant at helping you to better understand your accounts, financial forecasting, looking at how you can manage creditors and debtors and potentially improve your cash flow. And Sandra, although very good at all things to do with making, saving and spending money, is also great at book keeping systems (paper, pen, QuickBooks & Sage) and will turn the sometimes complicated in to the more simple for you to use.

Ah, but can PBI give me a grant?

In a word, no. BUT, what we can do is to offer advice to help you identify appropriate finance schemes for your particular business situation. We can also assist you in taking funding applications forward, help with the paperwork, financial forecasting and gathering supporting evidence if you don’t have the expertise or time yourself.

This means looking at the relationships between your finances, operations and marketing, to help identify the risks and opportunities your business faces.
